Begusarai, 23 November (H.C.). On the occasion of Indian Constitution Day on 26 November, the Preamble of the Constitution will be read in all offices. For this, a letter has been issued by the Home Department of the Government of Bihar to the District Officer.

In a letter sent to the District Magistrate by Sunil Kumar, Special Secretary, Home Department, it has been instructed to organize the program as per the instructions issued by the Ministry of Law and Justice, Government of India.
According to the letter, on the day of Constitution Day on 26 November, at 11 am in all regional and subordinate offices, establishments, units and institutions, the preamble of the Constitution will read 'We are the people of India as a dominating socialist ..'.
A banner related to Constitution Day will also be installed at the place where the Preamble of the Constitution is read and the photograph and report related to it will be uploaded on the website of the Department of Justice, Government of India on the same day.
In fact, on 26 November 1949, the Constitution of the Republic of India was ready and it was signed on that day by the President of the Constituent Assembly. After that on 26 January 1950, the constitution was implemented. The Government of India is making the Constitution Day as the day of November 26 to 2015 and various programs are organized on this occasion.
