He alleged that force was used on peaceful protesters in BJP-ruled states of Uttar Pradesh, Assam and Karnataka, which led to the death of many people. The proposal condemned the alleged excesses of the police in the country's universities and other educational institutions.
Addressing the media, former Congress President Rahul Gandhi said that instead of addressing the problems of the youth, Prime Minister Narendra Modi is engaged in dividing the country. He said that instead of suppressing the voice of youth, their demands should be considered.
Rahul Gandhi said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi does not have enough courage to face the youth. He challenged Modi to go to a university without security and tell the students where he wants to take the country. The Prime Minister should also answer how the country's economy reached a disastrous state.
